Return Policy

Blancanvas has a strict 7 working day return policy. Meaning the customer must inform us via email within 7 working days upon receiving the product.

BLANCANVAS ACCEPTS RETURNS BASED ON THE FOLLOWING:

Damaged product items received, caused by either manufacturing defect or delivery damage and/or

Dissatisfaction with the product items received.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

We will also need a receipt or proof of purchase as well as proof of date of receipt.

Before sending your returns back to us, please email us at info@blancanvas-home.com with the full details as to the reason for the return and we will help you

In the event of receipt of an unfortunate transit damaged or defect product item, please include photos regarding the purchased product and damages to the product.

If your return is approved, the cost of return shipping will be for Blancanvas account, both ways.

We will endeavour to replace the product item for you. In the unfortunate event that the item is no longer available, a full refund will be paid into your account, only for the value of the said item.

Should you wish to return your product item for any other reason for which Blancanvas is not at fault for, you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs of returning the item. Once we have inspected the item returned, and we find it to be in the same condition as supplied, Blancanvas will refund you for the said value of the item only.  The initial shipping costs are also non-refundable.

Please also note that Blancanvas will not be held responsible for any parcel/ package which goes missing, as that is completely out of our hands and the responsibility of the Courier Company you use for your return.

BLANCANVAS DOES NOT ACCEPT RETURNS BASED ON THE FOLLOWING:

~ Damaged or Dirty products caused by the consumer, including damaged or broken packaging of the product ie. Display box/polybag ETC

~ Used products

~ Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be returned and refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be returned and refunded.
